It’s a perfect day. You new the territory, the weather, the usual wave highes. But the perfect storm was brewing. Real growth isn’t linear and you were in for getting the experience first and. Real growth feels like to be swallowed by a wave. And it’s better to learn to ride it first, better than death anyway.

Most companies get lucky in the process. Momentum was building up, the market went crazy and they grew in the process. Growth is never linear. The funny thing is, even a lot of big corporates were lucky, don’t know how they succeeded and have know real connection to their customer. What works for them now, because they are big, will not work for you.
It’s not that they defy gravity, but they are already a black whole. Sucking all the matter and energy cloth to them. So, don’t try to be like them. You have to still create your own energy. It will be hard. And you most likely die before you reach maturity as most companies do.
